Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If a product is received damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace and/or refund based on the nature of the damage or fault.


  • It is important you check your goods as soon as received and if any issues we need to be informed within 48 hours as we will be unable to accept any claims after that time frame. Please also ensure to retain all original packaging until further notice.


  • If you notice any damage to your goods please notify the driver, sign delivery docket stating subject to inspection AND email sales@officebydesign.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.


  • Please send your report together with images (zoomed images will not be accepted) to enable us to assess your case promptly. 


  • Please note that if in the event the item does need to be returned to us, it MUST be packaged properly to ensure no further fault or damage. Items will be inspected upon return and if further damage is incurred due to poor packaging, refunds will be forfeited.
